1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Synclio™ ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

Synclio™ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to these terms. One license covers one device unless otherwise stated at purchase.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Software for personal or professional backup and file-verification purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Software or any portion of it;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

4. Updates

Synclio™ may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. These terms apply to all updates unless a separate agreement accompanies them.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Synclio™ makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. While Synclio™ is designed to verify file integrity, you remain responsible for maintaining adequate backups of your own data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synclio™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software — including any loss of data.

7. Subscription Cancellation

If you need to cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at info@synclioapp.com at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the next billing date will take effect at the following billing cycle, and the upcoming charge will still apply.

8. Intellectual Property

Synclio™ and all associated logos, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of Synclio™. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Synclio™ operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

Synclio™ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
